Biography

Xu Han was appointed as our independent director with effect from the listing date. Mr. Han has served as the director and president of Tianjin Xinhai Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. since 2015. Previously, Mr. Han worked for and successively held various key managerial positions at China National Arts & Crafts Import & Export Corporation, Zhongmin International Economic Cooperation Company, Hebei Century Ark Industrial Co., Ltd., and Yingli Group. Mr. Han obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Gifu Keizai University in Japan in 1998 and an EMBA from the PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University in 2017.
